Thanks Stacy for this idea and instructions. I finally got around to making these for my nieces and they turned out adorable, they had so much fun in them. Now I need to learn how to make the super hero capes...help me Stacy!

ahhh they are precious! yours turned out way more darling than mine!
you can come over sometime and i will show you the ghetto way i made the capes... i'm not a real seamstress, so my way is ghetto... but it worked. i am sure you could simplify it.
